Programming of Web Pages
The quality of a web page is measured not only based on its appearance, but also based on the quality of its code, performance and effectiveness.
When making decisions about investments in technology, the figures of the volume of operations are key information that allows us to choose more easily the best solution among the various options that the market offers us. For example, selecting a payroll system for 100 workers is not the same as for 5000 employees. The complexity and requirements between one scenario and another are very different, so we must choose the solution that best meets our requirements and helps us meet the business objectives set.
In Internet marketing projects we frequently face a situation of this type. The degree of complexity of an integrated website, say, for 20 pages, is much less than that of a site where a catalog of 1000 products will be published. In the first case, if we make a mistake in the design of the site, it will be relatively easy to straighten the path, since we can very probably invest without difficulty in the development of a second site. Not so when it comes to a large volume website, since in that case it will not be so easy to discard it and justify a second investment in its redesign.
For this reason it is very important that you, as the leader responsible for the design of your website, know from the beginning to identify what are the key concepts for the success of the project, what are the possible points of risk and what tools (programming languages, platforms , development standards, etc.) will be used for the development of the website.
